Herbal Salt Bath

*Disclaimer* Oils may cause the tub/shower floor to become slippery

**To avoid drain clogging, place the bath salts in the cotton-linen bags provided.

Ingredients:

A homemade herb-infused oil is used as a binder.

Epsom Salt - relaxes the muscles and relieves pain. (Soreness, stiffness. Soothes skin.)

Sea Salt - stimulates circulation in the body, eases pains (cramps), and relieves stiffened joints.

Orange Peel - Calms the nerves and induces sleep. It also uplifts mood.

Lemon Thyme - May aid in evening skin tone and stimulates skin circulation.

Rose Petals - Mood-enhancing properties. The natural oils from the petals are soothing to the skin.

Eucalyptus -  Anti-inflammatory properties. Eliminates pore-clogging bacteria. Eases pains and irritations. 

Chamomile -  Antibacterial properties. Has calming properties and may aid in reducing scars and marks. 

Perfect for after a long, stressful day, workout, pre/post menstruation, etc.
